With over 30 years of experience as a business leader, entrepreneur, coach, management consultant, and executive headhunter, I have built multiple businesses from the ground up. I’ve also worked with corporate teams to grow and develop successful lines of business in industries such as technology, cybersecurity, and global healthcare.
Ten years ago, after being diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, I made a life-changing decision—to fully align with my purpose. My extensive experience working with executives, business leaders, and individuals searching for meaningful careers has shaped me into an effective coach. I am passionate about helping my clients create a roadmap to achieve their life goals. Whether through one-on-one coaching with horses or without, my mission is to empower transformation.
Horses have been a lifelong passion of mine; they have been a constant in my journey. After my cancer diagnose, I discovered the profound healing and awareness that horses bring, leading me to incorporate them into my coaching practice.
